Returns and Refunds Policy
At Fiamma Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality and sustainable clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide you with a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we will also offer a refund, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on Made-To-Order pieces, as each single item is handmade-to-order.
  

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that your item is in its original condition, including being unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to be eligible for a return.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you will receive your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at returns@fiamma.au.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@fiamma.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns that are sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
At Fiamma Studio, we understand that sometimes you may want to exchange your purchase for a different size, style, or color. To facilitate this process, we offer exchanges for our customers within 7 days of receiving the item. However, please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@fiamma.au. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and place an order for the new item. Please note that exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition, including being unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
