If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Loop Necklace, we offer the following return policy:
★ If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide you with a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, within 7 days of receiving your order.
★ If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we will also offer a refund, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that your item is in its original condition, including being unworn, unused and in its original packaging and you will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Once we have received, inspected and approved your return, we will process your refund on your original payment method.
