After placing your order, please expect a 2-3 weeks for production & dispatch. Unless you want me to sew for days on end without sleep but that would be very mean of you. If you are in a rush, send me an email at support@fiamma.au & if I like your dog I could make your order quicker.

Orders within Australia

  • For delivery times within Australia, please allow 2-6 business days
  • Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days

International Orders

  • International Shipping Fee: AUD $25

All international orders are shipped on a premium service and can be tracked from point-to-point location. Please note that international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

Returns

At Fiamma Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality and sustainable clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide you with a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we will also offer a refund, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For Made-To-Order products returns or exchanges are not available, since the products are made just for you, except in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect.
